Returns Policy

All equipment and supplies available on downtownscreenprintingsupplies.com carry a limited 30 day return policy. The 30 day policy starts on the date payment is made. A 5-20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns, unless the item you received had a manufacture defect, or we made a mistake. If the item is not defective, the buyer will be responsible for original and return shipping and handling charges. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS, so there is not a delay in processing your returns.

Order Inspection Policy

Upon receipt of your package, please inspect all contents and make sure your order is correct and complete. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of package(s), if anything is missing or incorrect. We will always fix any issues immediately and re-ship any missing or damaged items quickly.  If an order is not inspected within 48 hours of delivery, we are still available to help, but your claim will be handled at our discretion. As always, we want to make sure our customers are satisfied.

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping offers apply to the Continental U.S. 48 states only.
We also ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI). Please contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.

Orders over 15 lbs typically ship via UPS Ground under the Flat Rate Shipping method. Orders under 15 lbs may be shipped using USPS or other economy shipping methods.

If you need an expedited or faster shipping method, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote.

Supply orders ship within 2–48 hours for items in stock.

Equipment and large kit orders ship within 1–4 business days.
