JANTEX DISCHARGE BASE RB

Jantex Discharge Base RB is a system used for printing onto gark garments. The Jantex Discharge Base RB can be used "as is" to achieve a neutral ground color or concentrated pigments may be added to the Discharge Base RB to replace the original garment color in one print.

Jantex Discharge Base RB has a soft hand feel and is easy to print through a wide vareity of mesh counts. It also incorporates high quality binders (glue) for proper adhesion.

When ready to print, add Jantex Parolite (activator) at up to 6% by weight and mix well.
Do not prepare more than needed as the discharge base has a shelf life of approximately 8 hours after activation.

Each substrate will react to discharge differently and some garments do not discharge. Please check with your garment supplier and test thoroughly before running any production.

Mixing: Mix up to 5% by weight of concentrated pigments.
Curing: 320F for 2-3 minutes. Forced air is recomended
Mesh: 86-160 depending on application
Ready For Use: No, mix with up to 6% Parolite. Use by itself or with JMS Pigments for color.
Notes: Product has a shelf life of apx. 8 hours after mixing Parolite
